About the role
Lojic Institute is looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner in Sydney. This role has key responsibilities in delivering Behaviour Support services with opportunities to develop organisational behaviour management (OBM) competencies, options to conduct research and to join our Service Delivery Leadership team.
This is a flexible, hybrid position where the successful applicant will both work from home and in person in the Greater Sydney region.

Qualifications & experience
- Holds a relevant graduate qualification in allied health or applied behaviour analysis (MA/MSc or PhD in behaviour analysis or PBS preferred)
- Holds an NDIS worker clearance and Working with Children Check
- Has been endorsed and deemed suitable as a Proficient Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
- A minimum of 1 year experience working with NDIS participants including experience working with adult populations and those with mental health challenges
- Direct experience in an implementation environment, such as support work highly preferred
- Understanding of relevant NDIS legislation and how to apply this to the role, in particular how this applies to regulated restrictive practices across multiple jurisdictions
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in developing training content and delivering trainings, in addition to formally mentoring and supervising others
Job Responsibilities and Accomplishments
- Develop a range of plans and specialist reports including Behaviour Support plans (comprehensive and interim)
- Receive and apply ongoing feedback
- Deliver quality training to internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver a minimum of 25 direct service hours per week
