We help them with design, communication, innovation, and behavioural understanding. Our clients come to us because we are able to help them find solutions to difficult and challenging problems. These might include – how to encourage people to behave more safely around trains, how to encourage people to plant more trees, how to improve people’s financial behaviour, how to reduce bullying in a workforce, or guiding the development of a new chocolate bar! The work is varied and always interesting because all our clients share the common interest in solving problems and achieving their organisational goals through better understanding human behaviour. You will learn about Behavioural Science and equally importantly, how to apply it to solve real-world problems in ways that our clients can easily implement.
