Belise Apartments Maintenance/Handyperson

Belise Apartments is a large hotel / apartment complex in Bowen Hills incorporating both permanent and short-term corporate letting. We are a family run business seeking a bright, enthusiastic and versatile member to join our small team.

We require a Maintenance Assistant, Monday to Friday, 30 to 38 hours per week (to be agreed upon with the successful applicant). 

The successful candidate MUST have common sense, an eye for detail, be able to work independently and be self motivated.

The position duties and responsibilities involve:

• General maintenance in rooms, minor gardening & common area maintenance as required.
• Other duties as directed by the Manager.
• Ability to relate well to residents and hotel guests while sorting maintenance issues.

• Demonstrate impeccable organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;
• Be able to identify and report maintenance issues and remedy where possible.
