As our borders reopen and hotel occupancy increases, we are now on the hunt for new team members who are passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience. You'll need to enjoy working in a professional environment and operating at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create the first and last impressions for our guests arriving and departing the hotel
- Greet and farewell all hotel guests on the front doors
- Safely park and retrieve cars from our underground garage
- Deliver luggage to our guest rooms in a timely manner
- Assist with day to day enquiries from guests pertaining to local area attractions
Key Attributes:
- A “gift of the gab” and great guest engagement skills
- Flexibility to be able to work on a rotating roster on a casual basis
- A passion to provide a memorable guest experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to lift heavy loads of up to 30kg
- Must have a drivers licence that allows you to drive in NSW and possess confidence in driving all types of vehicles
