We are seeking dynamic and service-oriented individuals to join our team at The Langham, Gold Coast as Bell Captain. As a key member of our guest services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
As Bell Captain, you are responsible for Supervising activities in the driveway and guest lobby to ensure smooth flow of car and passenger traffic, providing a flawless experience for our guests, provide detailed and accurate information to guests and other departments, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local transport, attractions, key events, and area features.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in the role of Bell Captain you will have been in the same or similar position at a luxury hotel and proven experience leading Concierge teams in a luxury environment.
Other key attributes we are looking for include:
- Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality.
- Independent & ability to work under pressure.
- Highly organized and ability to delegate effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Australian work rights, A current driver’s license
- Luxury hotel experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and transport services.
