As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering impeccable service, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, assisting with guest needs, and handling payments with precision. A few of your responsibilities:
- Support our Concierge to drive & lead our Porte-Cochere
- Coordinating daily operations and delegating tasks including the arrival and departure of guests
- Supervising a team of bellman and managing their performance
- Demonstrate to guests & team members a dedication to service excellence
- Creating outstanding service experiences that result in lasting memories
What are we looking for?
- Passionate to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Extensive guest service experience in Hotel or Guest Services environment
- Previous experience in a 5-star establishment advantageous
- Knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)
- The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
- Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
