Closing Date: 2024-05-02 5:00 PMThis role will be offered on a fixed term basis up until 30 June 2028, with possibility of extension and/or permanency.Wanted: A dynamic individual who can engage with stakeholders, measure the impact of change (time, cost and effort) and report on benefits of our Spatial WA program.Spatial WA is a five-year program designed to deliver a whole of government Advanced Spatial Digital Twin for the State. It will enable agencies to access, share and use spatial and non-spatial data with advanced capabilities for visualisation, analytics, predictive modelling, and digital workflows, to improve collaboration and decision making across government. The program is complex and will be delivered in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment, working with key agencies across the sector to deliver the outcomes needed for the State.Put simply, this is a once in a lifetime digital transformation program for the WA Government. Gain further insight intoAbout the roleLandgate, as the delivery agency for Spatial WA, is seeking a Benefits Analyst who will be responsible for the identification, measurement and reporting of the Spatial WA Program benefits. The role will be required to refine and implement a benefits realisation plan that will report on metrics relating to the aims of the program as well as providing ongoing program financial tracking and reporting.The ideal individual is engaging, has a focused business improvement mindset, is analytical and loves working with numbers.Working on Spatial WA will provide you with:

  • Previous experience in developing, measuring and reporting project benefits.
  • Ability to independently engage, built rapport and work with stakeholders to determine metrics and methods to capture and report benefits.
  • Experience in tracking and forecasting project financial expenditure.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to work independently and be adaptable in a complex and dynamic environment.
