What you'll do
- Strategic Bid Management:
- Develop and execute bid strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- End-to-End Proposal Leadership:
- Lead the entire bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to proposal submission, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and legal teams to gather information for proposal development.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Flag any potential risks/issues that may inhibit the bid submission and work with internal stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.
- Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients during the Bid and Submissions process, clarifying requirements and building positive relationships.
- Proposal Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end submissions process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of proposals, bids, and tenders.
- Document Management:
- Maintain a centralised repository of submission documents, templates, and related content.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure error-free and well-organized submissions.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in Bid and Submissions workflows.
- Reporting and Knowledge Transfer:
- Generate regular reports on Bid and submission metrics, outcomes, and provide insights. Offer training and support to internal teams on best practices.
What you've got
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or related field
- Proven experience in Bid and Submissions management
- Exceptional organisational, project management, and communication skills
- knowledge of ICT solutions and services preferred
- Familiarity with public and private sector procurement processes
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional certifications in project management or bid management
- Familiarity with CRM and document management tools

Work Eligibility
- Must be in Australia and permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (i.e. citizen) (Required)
