Bid and Tender Response Manager to join our team. As the
Bid and Tender Response Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end process of
Bid and Tender responses for our recruitment services.
Requirements:Responsibilities:- Lead the Bid and Tender response process, including identifying, analyzing and understanding client requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather the necessary information and resources needed for the Bid and Tender response
- Develop and write compelling proposals and submissions that effectively address client needs and requirements
- Ensure all Bid and Tender responses are submitted on time and in accordance with the client's specifications and guidelines
- Manage and maintain a repository of Bid and Tender response templates, documents and resources
Requirements:- Prior experience in Bid and Tender response management within the recruitment services industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of the recruitment services market and industry trends
- Ability to analyze client requirements and develop tailored Bid and Tender responses
- Proficiency in using bid management tools and software
