As the Community Acute Response Team (CART) manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide effective leadership and management across all team functions. This will include meeting all key performance indicators and maintaining exceptional service standards. You will ensure that clinicians follow a strength-based approach when working with consumers and that all aspects of consumer care are met in a timely manner.
- Provide clinical leadership and management expertise and manage the day-to-day operational functions of CART.
- Demonstrate effective, visible leadership and supervision across teams and services by Inspiring individuals and groups to achieve personal and organisational goals.
- Ensure the CART service operates in accordance with all national, state, legislation, professional and clinical standards to ensure a first-class service delivery.
Your Contribution
- Degree in a mental health discipline essential (Registered Nurse Division 1 or 3, Registered Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker) and registered with APHRA or AASW whichever relevant.
- Post-graduate qualifications in management or health administration or progress toward such qualifications desirable
- Extensive experience in the delivery of clinical mental health services, especially in the community and preferably in the types of services to be managed with a focus on recovery
- Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain
- A focus on wellbeing initiatives, with regular events and programs
