SalaryIn this Bid Coordinator/ Manager role, you will be working on commercial Projects that range between $5m - $75m and be responsible for the following;
- Coordination/program management of the tender submission from start to finish.
- Adequately putting in the correct information in for tenders.
- Social procurement
- Liaising with the clients if there are RFI’s from estimating/construction delivery team.
- Following up on internal team in the company to get all the required information.
- Programming the tender and communicating it with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring the tender is presented in a professional manner
- Ideally have 3+ years of commercial Bid Coordinator experience
- Have a high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- $120K-$140K + Super
- Leading Victorian commercial builder
- West Melbourne office location
