- Collaborate with bid and Project teams to craft high-quality, competitive bids.
- Assist bid and Project managers in executing bid and Project activities aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate closely with Bid & Project Managers for efficient delivery.
- Assist in coordinating project team for delivery of project work-packages
- Engage and communicate effectively, exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate input from suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.
- Assist in internal and customer reporting.
- Monitor KPIs and mitigate emerging risks.
- Engineering Degree or relevant field.
- Diploma/Cert IV in Project Management (or willingness to work towards attainment).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written communication skills, including content authoring and editing.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
- Experience with Defence ASDEFCON procurement.
