The ideal candidate will have experience in providing personal care and working with youths on the autism spectrum. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to youths, considering their unique needs and goals.
- Effectively communicate and engage with youths on the autism spectrum, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Promote independence and skill development among the youths in various aspects of daily living.
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience in providing personal care
- Experience in working with youths on the Autism Spectrum
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in English
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of youths
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications:
- Current Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Valid Police Check
- Valid WWCC
- Valid NDIS Screen Check
- Covid Vaccinated
