Bilingual Youth Female Support Worker

Looking for passionate, energetic, genuine, Female Support Workers to be part of our outstanding team.

We are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Youth Female Support Worker to join our team in Guildford West. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing personal care and working with youths on the autism spectrum. If you are fluent in multiple languages and possess the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to youths, considering their unique needs and goals.
• Effectively communicate and engage with youths on the autism spectrum, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Promote independence and skill development among the youths in various aspects of daily living.

Requirements and Skills:

• Previous experience in providing personal care
• Experience in working with youths on the Autism Spectrum
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in English
• Empathy and understanding of the needs of youths
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Qualifications:

• Current Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle
• Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
• Valid Police Check
• Valid WWCC
• Valid NDIS Screen Check
• Covid Vaccinated
