Formed in Dec 2005 the company services automotive logistic services to Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors. Hyundai Glovis Australia is a subsidiary of Hyundai Glovis, which is one of Hyundai Motor Group Company, providing logistics and trading services for the global market. The position is required to work in Sydney office as full-time permanent basis.

Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Processing purchase & sales invoices related to vehicle logistics
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure invoices are accurate, verified, processed and issued in a timely manner
- Review of suppliers’ statements and check discrepancies
- Generate and send invoices to customers and support accounts receivables
- Prepare various monthly internal and external reports
- Ad-hoc duties associated with finance function
- General administrative duties as required
Essential requirements:
- 1-2 year work experience in a billing role, preferably gained in a corporate environment
- The ability to work through high volumes with great accuracy(especially at month end)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external parties
- Excellent attention to details and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results to tight deadlines
- Korean language skills preferred
