Addressdnata Airport Services Australia are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Billings Officer to join our dynamic Finance Team. In this role, you will report directly to the Shared Services Manager and be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and usage of our FiNDnet system.
As our Billings Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and distribution of customer invoices, as well as finding solutions for any system issues. Your excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide first-line support and reporting will be essential to your success in this role.
A day in the life:
- Management of the FiNDnet system including importing flights and transactions into FiNDnet billing daily and ensuring export and integration is complete and accurate.
- Provide support and troubleshooting advice to FiNDnet users which may also include some ad hoc on the job training and coaching.
- Drive process improvements in the related business process to ensure complete, accurate and timely invoice preparation.
- Support collections team in resolving invoice disputes, ensuring timely resolution and communication to the customer
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in and good working knowledge of operational aspects of ground handling business.
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels of the business and provide sound advice on the FiNDnet system
- Well-developed communication skills and the ability to stay patient, negotiate and proactively solve problems.
- Previous experience in on-the-job coaching or training and ability to troubleshoot systems issues often remotely.
- Possess a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in complex invoice preparation.
- Sense of Humour is a must!
