We're seeking an experienced Client Revenue Officer to join our dynamic finance team, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring precise billing for our valued clients and promptly addressing their inquiries.

To excel in this role, candidates should ideally possess 12 to 24 months of relevant billing experience, with a preference for a background in the logistics and transport sector. Strong communication skills, impeccable organization, and a knack for meeting deadlines are essential. Under the guidance of our manager, your responsibilities will encompass processing and validating charges, adeptly managing adjustments like delivery fees and contractual amounts, meticulously reconciling client manifests with our systems to ensure accurate hash totals, skillfully handling customer claims from initiation to credit note issuance, and promptly attending to customer, operations, and client support queries. You'll also provide vital backup for billing across various systems, seamlessly onboard new clients, handle adjustments and credit notes, field POD requests, oversee stationary orders and distribution, and take charge of tracking and resolving late deliveries across different states.
