- Prepare and process invoices for clients
- Ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing dispute
- Reconciliations
- Troubleshooting/amending invoices
- Receipting
- Prepare all billing/invoicing to the companies' clients
- 2+ years of experience in a Receivables and Billings role
- Strong Excel and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Healthcare/aged care experienced highly regarded
