The Woodville will shortly complete a stunning 5- month renovation that will see an upgraded Bistro, completely rebuilt outdoor area with a full food offering and fully integrated indoor lounge
Owned in the same interests as the Strathmore Hotel in the City, the Woodville is seeking an Industry professional with proven experience in both managing and training a team whilst demonstrating a hands-on ‘can do’ approach to superior customer service.
The successful candidate will love what they do and demonstrate the following
- Supervisory experience in hospitality
- Effectively lead by example and maintain high operational standards
- Good food and wine knowledge
- Excellent presentation and grooming
- Be a leader and able to effectively lead floor staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Plan and execute functions
- Ability to liaise with kitchen staff.
- Highly developed preparation and organisational skills
