The Role
We are seeking an experienced Bar and Dining / Bistro Manager who is energetic, has strong leadership qualities and enjoys the love of quality hospitality.
Working closely with the Venue Manager and Head Chef, this position would be ideally suited to someone already in a similar position, or a Food and Beverage supervisory role who is looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate wants to lead a dynamic team that is delivering fantastic food and experiences to all patrons and event clients that exceeds their expectations.
Playing a key role in maintaining the overall quality and efficiency of the venue's food and beverage services the successful candidate will have extensive experience in a hospitality leadership position and a comprehensive understanding of operational compliance and relevant health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Ensure the day-to-day running of the Food & Beverage Department is efficient and to an exceptional standard.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Manage the operational efficiency of the venues through effective rostering for all staff and payroll is processed efficiently and effectively on a routine basis.
- Lead the customer experience to elevate The Precinct as a choice destination for food, beverage and functions.
Key Competencies
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Ability to work across a Seven (7) day roster including weekends and nights.
- Experience leading a high performing destination venue
