Bistro & Functions Manager/Duty Manager

Located 10 minutes west of the CBD, this long-established Port Road landmark is seeking an experienced career-driven Bistro and Functions Manager to join our team. 

We are seeking an Industry professional with proven experience in managing a team whilst demonstrating a hands-on ‘can do’ approach to superior customer service. 

The successful candidate will love what they do and demonstrate the following

• Supervisory experience in hospitality
• Good food and wine knowledge
• Excellent presentation and grooming
• Be a leader and able to effectively lead floor staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Plan and execute functions
• Understanding of social media management 
• Ability to liaise with kitchen staff.
• Highly developed preparation and organisational skills
• Clarity of vision
