SalaryWe're looking for a candidate who is reliable, has a strong work ethic, able to work in a fast-paced environment, has good communication skills and a can-do attitude as well as have experience with GMP or HACCP and are physically fit to lift 25kgs. You will be hands-on in this role, taking responsibility for all aspects of the bulk manufacturing operations. We are looking for individuals who have good attention to detail, mathematical ability, literacy to follow batch documentation instructions. You will be mixing and blending small and large industrial batches in accordance with quality standards.
Key tasks include, but is not limited to:
- Measuring, weighing, and preparing raw ingredients with regular lifting of up to approx. 25kg.
- Operate Blenders and other related production equipment.
- Conducting quality checks and completing batch documentation.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
- Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- A minimum of one years’ experience in food manufacturing of dry powder blending / mixing.
- Previous experience in using production equipment.
- Strong communication and numerical skills
- An ability to perform the manual handling components of the role.
- An ability to work accurately in a deadline driven environment.
- Approachable, energetic, and flexible in approach.
