We provide technical services to the Australian energy and resources sector with specific experience in the Minerals and Mining, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure, and Power Generation Industries.
In light of our recent expansion and growth, PARC Engineering are seeking a skilled Blue Collar Recruiterto join our dynamic Recruitment Team here in Applecross.
This will be a contract based role for approximately 3-6 months with a review to continue longer depending on resource requirements. We will consider full-time, part-time and casual applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates, such as Pipe Fitters, Mechanical Fitters, Poly Welders, Riggers, Skilled Trade Assistants etc. through various channels
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the construction and infrastructure industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and time-management abilities
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
