Blue Collar Recruitment and Mobilisation Coordinator

The Role

We are currently seeking an experience and proactive Recruitment Advisor to join our internal recruitment team to be based in either our Naval Base office or Perth CBD office. You will be responsible for end-to-end Recruitment and Mobilisation of Blue-Collar roles throughout Australia. The role will require you to work full time hours, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for

• Building and cultivating talent pipelines across the various divisions and employment disciplines
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview, evaluation to align with KAEFER and client policies, including all mobilisation requirements
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Actively recruiting personnel utilising a range of sourcing strategies to attract and engage high calibre employees into the business
• Ensuring positive candidate experiences to ensure the highest standard throughout the recruitment process

About you

• High-volume blue-Collar Recruitment experience, within O&G, Construction, Projects, Maintenance or Shutdowns
• Highly driven and organised individual who understands the importance of delivering a seamless experience to both candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Experience managing and issuing blue-collar Contracts of Employment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a positive, energetic approach to your work and all requirements
• A team player with a willingness to jump in and support the team where needed. A sense of humour is a must!
