With service accounts across; commercial, health, defence, retail and government sectors. Working with a good mix of tier 1 and tier 2 private and public sector clients.
  
Position
Reporting into the service lead your new role will work with the current customers’ portfolio buildings and review, analyse and offer sustainable solutions around optimisation.
  
You will rollout effective strategies for the customer to achieve their desired outcomes that can be around; energy efficiency, NABERS ratings and tenant comfort.   
  
The role will also see you lead the rollout for data driven building analytics for your new employer and create libraries to further enhance the service to clients both now and in the future.
  
Initially as you help to shape your role there will be the requirement for you to undertake preventative service works that will assist you moving into your full time position as Optimisation Engineer.
  
You
To be successful you will have worked in the BMS space for a number of years where you have demonstrated the following;

• Passion and enthusiasm for BMS and optimisation strategies including; analytics, AI and machine learning
• Excellent working understanding of controls and HVAC fundamentals
• Consultative approach to work with clients and rollout strategies to suit their sustainability needs
• Work with both service and projects divisions for crossover
• Established and develop libraries
