We create city-sized solutions—building and operating safer, smarter, and more sustainable roads—to solve pressing transport challenges that are slowing cities down.About the roleWe’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Board Coordinator to join our NSW team.In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in providing seamless, high-quality coordination and governance services to support the effective functioning of joint venture (JV) boards, committees, and subsidiaries. You will work closely with JV Company Secretaries to deliver high level secretariat services to the JV Boards and Board Committees.Adaptability is key as you'll liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating initiative, confidentiality, and strong organisation skills.Day-to-day, you will:Support the JV Company Secretaries with the collation and despatch of JV Board and Committee papers.Assist the JV Company Secretaries with the lodgement of all information required to be lodged with the corporate regulator.Provide administrative support to the Chair, Directors and Company Secretariat Team including coordinating and scheduling meetings, and diary management.Work with the JV Company Secretaries and Directors to prepare the annual schedule of JV Board and Board Committee meetings and any additional meetings.Assist the JV Company Secretaries with the administration of the JV Boards.
