The role:
- Senior Boarding Supervisor
- Start ASAP.
- Full time until 13 December 2024.
- Works term-time only (38 weeks per year).
- Paid in full throughout the year (including School Holidays).
- Rent-free on-site accommodation provided (suitable for single person only); all meals/utilities included.
- Open to candidates who prefer a non-residential arrangement.
- Involves weekday, weeknight, overnight, and weekend work (rotating roster).

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervise the administrative and operational running of one of our two Boarding Houses.
- Support and assist boarders in all facets of school and residential life with care, compassion, and consistency.
- Help build and facilitate a safe, warm, comfortable, and homely living environment for students.
- Develop and maintain open and effective relationships with parents.
- Remain committed to child protection and to meeting the ChildSafe program standards.
- Actively participate in the life of the School, always promoting our ethos, vision, and values.
The ideal candidate:
- Demonstrated experience in a relevant area (e.g. Boarding, Teaching, Nursing, long-term parental or carer responsibilities).
- Demonstrated understanding of and willingness to support the needs of young women moving through their formative years.
- A naturally warm and personable individual who is invested in enriching the lives of students living away from home.
- Confident, decisive, and accountable.
- Highly skilled in verbal communication and relationship building.
- Understands risk management, duty of care, and WHS.
- Must hold a current driver's license.
