Responsibilities
- Provide flawless food and beverage service to high-level executives and corporate clients in a boardroom or executive dining setting.
- Set up and prepare the boardroom, ensuring it is impeccably organized, clean, and presentable prior to each event or meeting.
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, escorting them to their seats and offering menu and beverage recommendations.
- Execute food and beverage service with precision, following proper etiquette and protocols.
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs promptly and discreetly, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
- Knowledgeably explain menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, and accommodate special dietary requests or restrictions.
- Prepare espresso style coffee and execute presentable latte art.
- Handle table-side wine service if necessary, including recommendations, decanting, and pouring.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years previous experience as a waiter or server in a corporate dining environment.
- Exceptional knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food and beverage service, and wine pairings.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation, exuding professionalism and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-profile clients and corporate executives.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
- RSA is essential.
- Barista skills are essential.
