About the role and responsibilities
We are seeking a Boardroom Waiter + Events Coordinator to join our dynamic and high performing team. The role will see you split your time between assisting with internal and external events within the firm and providing Boardroom waiter service with a focus on delivering the highest standards of hospitality and client care. Full-time role with working hours from 9am to 6pm.
 
Boardroom Waiter:
  • Providing high quality hospitality services looking after our clients
  • Work co-cooperatively with FOH and Catering teams in facilitating functions and events
  • Producing consistent high-quality Barista coffee
  • Delivering food and beverage service in a professional and at times discreet manner
  • Ensuring that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion
  • Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
Event Management:
  • Planning, preparation and delivery experience of events and functions
  • Manage and co-ordinate events alongside the Host
  • Leadership of food and beverage service team members
  • Manage event details via our Meeting Room Booking system - Condeco
About you  
To be successful, you will be required to have:
  • Exceptional presentation and attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to resolve queries professionally
  • Previous Boardroom waiter experience
  • Some experience running events
  • Highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to work independently
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Responsible Services of Alcohol certificate
  • Barista experience
