JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and curate boat listings, ensuring a premium selection for our clients.
• Craft compelling marketing materials for online boat sales platforms to maximise exposure and reach.
• Initiate and maintain proactive communication with clients, cultivating long-term relationships.
• Utilise your sales expertise to close deals and exceed client expectations.
   

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in high value sales and experience in boating. Experience with luxury power boat and superyachts is preferred.
• Adept at utilising phone and laptop tools effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for the marine industry and a keen eye for quality boats.
• Commitment to building and maintaining client relationships over the long term.
• Both a current car drivers licence and boat licence.

UNLIMITED COMMISSION STRUCTURE
