Form of workLocated in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, Jacmor Engineering has specialized in the design and manufacture of screw conveyors, and bulk handling material equipment for over 60 years. We are currently seeking the services of a qualified, experienced, and highly motivated Boiler Maker to join our team.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
Relevant trade qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in metal fabrication
Experience with GTAW/GMAW/MMAW
Familiarity with Stainless Steel fabrication.
The ability to work with a range of metal types and thicknesses
Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed drawings
Capable of working independently
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
English language skills
Advantages:
Recent practice with TIG welding techniques
Welding Tickets
Sound knowledge, and trade skills relevant to the manufacturing of equipment
Experience with Brake Press
Forklift and Crane tickets
Polishing capabilities
