The Role:
Kempe Engineering is currently seeking to employ Boilermakers to work within the mining industry in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
We have ongoing Contract and Shutdown works at Mine sites / Port facilities / Workshops performing fixed plant maintenance and workshop repairables.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Recognized trade qualifications in Boilermaking / Fabrication having completed an apprenticeship
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on sites either heavy industry or mining
- Meet ZERO Harm culture and behaviors
- Will be required to live in remote regions
- Elevated Work Platform, Safe Work at Heights, Fork Lift & Confined space certificates (preferred)
- Current Rio Tinto Inductions(preferred)
- An ability to proactively work in a fast-paced environment
- Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy with ability to understand drawings
- Experience in leadership, ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and present fit for work
- A current driver license in the country in which you reside

Please note boilermakers may be required to complete a weld test as per certain site requirements.
