You will be joining our core crew at theCurragh Mine who are results-driven, family-orientated, and most importantly value you and what you bring to the team!
A Day-to-day
With Curragh being one of our major clients for the Emerald Branch, as part of the core crew you'll be responsible for:
- Competently perform all mechanical tasks on conveyor systems and components
- Conduct conveyor audits to diagnose conditions and faults on mechanical equipment
- Make recommendations on preventative maintenance or how to improve production
- Ensure all equipment and tools required for planned work is loaded for site and site-compliant for use
- Conduct quality audits on work performed
- Assist with job scoping and planning
- Participate in and sign off on JSA’s, safety observations, or toolbox discussions.
- Be an integral part of our Supply Chain, supporting the delivery of our tailored Conveyor solutions of unmatched quality to our customers.
- Residential or DIDO roster 4/3 (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri).

We are seeking eager, committed workers who hold prior experience with conveyor systems, or those with a willingness to learn. As well as those that possess:
- Experience and knowledge in conveyor belt systems and components
- Minimum 3+ years’ of Boilermaker experience
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Abide by site and company safety policies and procedures
- Current valid Driver’s license
- Ability to work on-call and overtime
- Conveyor Industry experience – beneficial
- Mining Industry experience – essential
- QLD Coal Board Medical or ability to successfully obtain (Company funded)
- Tickets: Working at Heights, Confined Spaces - desirable
