About the Role
Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking boilermakers to be based at our Rutherford branch performing Workshop work.

Our Boilermakers play a vital role in our business and are responsible for maintaining the companies' excellent reputation of high quality steel fabrication and repair that is paramount to our valued customers.
Key Duties
- MIG, Tig, Stick Qualified and Experienced
- Demonstrated safety first work ethic and professional attitude
- Ability to read plans and produce detailed quality work is desirable
- EWP, WAH and Confined Space Tickets highly desirable
- Refine, work, mould, build and shape, mild steel, Aluminium, Stainless, plated steel and marine alloy (Desirable)
- Ability to adapt to changing work requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willing to both contribute and learn from others; and
- The ability to build clear and open communication with Management, Supervisors, Leading Hands and team members.
The key team members we are looking for need to have:
- Post trade experience in a similar role
- Tig Experience in stainless and Aluminum
- Appropriate trade qualifications
- Current MR licence (desirable)
- Proven ability to provide quality customer service outcomes
- Proven problem solving ability with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Awareness of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
- A strong commitment to safe work practices; and
- Proven experience in a heavy vehicle workshop and field service environment would be highly advantageous
