About the role
Are you an experienced Boilermaker and seeking a new challenge or wanting to relocate? WesTrac Tamworth are looking for a Boilermaker to join our Field Service team!
You will bring a high level of technical skills and expertise to the role, along with a strong drive and motivation to succeed.
Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor and working alongside other technician's, you will be supporting our customers in NSW, performing onsite maintenance and repairs to a range of Caterpillar machinery including dump trucks, excavators, dozers and loaders.
Skills & Experience
- Cert III in Engineering - Fabrication (Australian Trade recognised)
- Experience in OXY/Thermal processes: cutting, heating and thermal lancing
- Sub arc welding experience
- Strong commitment to meeting customer requirements
- Safety focused mindset
- Proficient in MIG welding (multiple wire applications needed)
Roster & Remuneration
- 8 days on, 6 days off - Hours from 6:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Hourly Rate starting from: $50.01 OT: $75.02
- The above rates is a guide and will be dependant on skills and experience
