Boilermaker/Welder

We're searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Welder/Boilermaker to join our expanding team. You'll play a key role in crafting high-quality, durable components for our industrial machinery. Responsibilities:

• Breathe life into blueprints by translating them into precise metal structures
• Masterfully operate metalworking tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts with accuracy
• Utilize MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques to create strong, long-lasting welds
• Meticulously ensure all components fit together perfectly before welding commences
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, promoting a positive work environment
• Collaborate effectively with teammates to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Proactively troubleshoot welding challenges to minimize delays and ensure quality
• Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest welding advancements and equipment maintenance practices

Qualifications:

• Holds a valid Australian Welding or Fabrication Certificate (e.g., Certificate III in Fabrication Trade)
• Possesses a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar industrial workshop environment
• Demonstrates proficiency in a variety of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick
• Has a proven track record of working with large and complex machinery components
• Possesses a keen eye for detail and a commitment to achieving the highest quality standards
• Showcases exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Maintains a steadfast commitment to safety practices and regulations
