Boilermaker/Welder/Fabricator

BMC Partnership, based in Moree NSW; Australia's richest agricultural shire, has a position available for an Engineering Fabrication/Boilermaker/Heavy Welding/Welding position increasing our workshop team.

The successful candidate will have solid welding experience and may be assessed during interview.

Our business is constantly fabricating new ideas for agricultural machinery using new welding equipment, press brake, pan brake, hydraulic press and CNC plasma table; experience in some or all of these is an advantage.

We have a friendly team of 10 in our workshop, including 5 welding team members, which grows as we enter cotton harvest, our core business.

You will:

• - Have a solid background in metalwork
• - Qualifications in Engineering Fabrication/Welding/Boilermaking or similar.
• - Experienced in manufacturing
• - Positive attitude
• - Desire for rural lifestyle

We will:

• - Negotiate an attractive pay rate depending on experience
• - Pay weekly
• - Give a continuously improved safe workspace
• - Provide above weekly hours in season
• - Provide workshop tools of trade
• - Give a flexible work environment as needed

The position is full time and available for immediate start but are flexible with start dates.
