What the role is
- Tax management
- Budget management
- Bill payments
- Payroll
- Journal entries to accounting system
- Documentation of transactions
- Administrative tasks from management
- Pay G and BAS lodgements
- Reports (daily and monthly)
Xero Accounting System (Xero Certified preferrable)
Duties and Responsibilities
- payments reconciliations (bank transfer & credit payments)
- Debt follow-up tasks via SMS and email
- Billing invoices for installation/services
- Accounts audit weekly
- Pay runs
- Monitor accounts email
- Reporting accounts to management
What we need from you
A proven history of accounts in the window and door industry or similar industries for example home builders, kitchen renovations, solar, patios, etc.
A proven history of debt follow ups and debt recovery.
You are highly organised.
You are a people person.
You can perform under pressure situations.
You have solid computer skills and are proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
