Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our friendly office team as a Booking and Scheduling Administrator here in the heart of Cleveland.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the growth and success of our organisation by recruiting and maintaining relationships with our on-field team who provide home care supports for our valued NDIS participants.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas.
- Schedules and confirm bookings and input data into company systems.
- Confirming appointments and arranging meeting venues.
- Rescheduling or cancelling meetings in a timeous manner.
- Answering scheduling queries via email and phone.
- Documenting scheduling processes and keeping records.
- Organises workflow and shifts by reading and routing correspondence and collecting customer information
- Change appointments for clients and communicate with employees about changes
- Payroll assist
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Undertake routine activities of a clerical and/ or support nature
- Provide routine information including general reception and telephone duties
- Apply established procedures and practices
- Performing other administrative tasks when required.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Proven experience in an administrative roll.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
