We are currently looking for one Booking Clerkto work in our Centralized Service Team in Malaga office (WA) to undertake administration and service delivery duties. Your role will support our Retail and Manufacturing arms of our business.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers and our Fitting and Sales teams. Administration and Service Delivery tasks will involve appointment scheduling and data entry. The role will be ideal for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service standards, with a great phone manner and accurate data entry skills.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Advanced problem solving skills and solution focused
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Positive, enthusiastic and "can-do" attitude
- Tile ability to work autonomously
- The ability to multi-task and adapt to change readily and positively
- Experience in the Window Furnishing Industry or in scheduling high numbers of appointments an advantage
