We currently have a vacancy for a Full-time Booking Clerk for our Booking team at Coopers Plains. Undertaking administration and service delivery duties, reporting to the Regional Manager. Your role will support our Retail and Manufacturing arms of our business.
You will be responsible for responding to a variety of customer enquires via phone and emails, assisting customers with queries and able to monitor and manage, booking installations for installers and preparing installers runs for warehouse, attention to detail and communicating with internal teams' members for swift resolutions.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, with an ability to learn new systems quickly)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Advanced problem-solving skills and solution-focused
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent time management and organization
- Positive, enthusiastic and 'can-do' attitude
- Willingness and capacity to learn
- Ability to work in a small team as well as working independently without supervision
- Prior Admin or booking/scheduling experience will be an advantage
