We currently have a vacancy for a Part Time, Service Clerk Booking Installations for our Booking Team in Coopers Plains which is the southside of Brisbane to undertake administration and service delivery duties. Your role will support our Retail and Manufacturing arms of our business.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers and our Fitting and Sales teams. Administration and Service Delivery tasks will involve appointment scheduling and data entry. The role will be ideal for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service standards, with a great phone manner and accurate data entry skills.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, with an ability to learn new systems quickly)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Advanced problem-solving skills and solution-focused
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Positive, enthusiastic and "can-do" attitude
- Excellent time management and organisation
- Willingness and capacity to learn
- Ability to work in a small team as well as working independently without supervision
- Prior Admin or booking/scheduling experience will be an advantage
