On offer is sort after position for a Booking Clerk Traineeship with large company providing a well supportive, fast paced and professional environment. You will be working in a diverse and dynamic setting within an industry leading organisation. Duties will include but are not limited to customer service both in person, over the phone and via email as well as dealing with conflict resolution, filing, data entry and assisting other team members with administrative duties whilst being paid and completing your Certificate 3 in Business.
Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Be eligible to complete a nationally accredited Certificate III in Business Administration
- Be located in the Ipswich
- Have a strong customer service background
- Possess a drivers licence and reliable transport
- Be well presented, enthusiastic, punctual, reliable and have a good attendance record
- Be motivated and have a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status
- Be open to undertaking a variety of duties
- Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Be able to work in a drug free environment
