Responsibilities:
- Managing Inbound and Outbound patient enquiries for your designated Clinic territory and locations
- Booking patient appointments using designated platforms according to doctor availability and patient preferences
- Provide information to new and current patients about our services, fees, policies, and procedures
- Address patient concerns, questions, and requests professionally and empathetically
- Collaborate with the Reception team to ensure accurate recording of patient appointments, treatments, and recommendations
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records in the excel register, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential
- Reporting to Call Centre Manager
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of experience in a call centre or in a sales focused role
- Ability to work between the hours of 9am & 8pm
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work well in a team and independently
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience working with medical software, such as Best Practice, Medical Director, or Genie will be highly regarded
