We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Bookings & Operations Co-ordinator to join the team at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium on a part-time basis working 6 hours a day from Sunday-Thursday.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the effective handling and coordinating of all enquiries and booking processes to ensure we deliver a seamless guest experience for all Guest Service & Education bookings. You will also be responsible for efficiently handling all Operations related administrative duties to support the Operations Leadership team.
Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Respond promptly to all booking enquiries regarding schools, groups, tours, and experiences and handling these enquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Support organisation and compliance checks of food safety documentation
  • Manage administrative components of OHS paperwork
  • Review commercial and Operations standard operating procedures and risk assessments
  • Collate monthly forecasts and data required for team
  • Other ADHOC admin duties

About You
A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential, but to truly shine in this role you will also have:

  • High level of planning and organisation skills required to meet the daily challenges within the business.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, accurate and well organised.
  • Consistency in work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to follow through with extra tasks.
