Address Jolly Miller Cafe, VIC - Restaurant Manager
We are excited to offer this full-time role within our respected and well-established group of restaurants in Victoria.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced individual who loves creating memorable dining experiences. You need good wine knowledge and have refined your hospitality skills over some time.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this position you will have:
· Strong knowledge of, and passion for food and wine;
· Experience as a Restaurant Manager or supervisor;
· Ability to multitask and remain calm when busy;
· Great interpersonal and communication abilities;
· Current Victoria Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA); and
· Admin experience, marketing and social media preferred.
To be closely considered, your qualifications and attributes will include:
· Only candidates with at least 2 years full-time post qualification experience will be considered;
· Excellent time management abilities;
· Excellent communication skills; and
· Proven management skills.
