Ruben’s is an upmarket delicatessen in a beautiful store befitting fashionable High St and one of Melbourne’s most exclusive suburbs, Armadale. The emphasis is on fresh, high-quality food, desserts and produce that people can proudly put on their dinner table or for entertaining at every level.
We’re looking for a inspiring Pastry chef to join our pastry team and help Ruben's go from strength to strength
Ideally you will have experience in a busy, high-end kitchen or restaurant. Dough and bread work would be a bonus.
Responsibilities will include working with our head Pastry chef to expand our current range which includes yeasted products, cookies, desserts and cakes.
