Schwarz Family Practice is seeking a diligent and experienced part-time Bookkeeper to join our friendly and professional team. If you have a keen eye for detail, experience in accounting software, and a passion for supporting healthcare services, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MYOB accounts payable/receivable entries. Experience with Xero is highly desirable.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare and process Business Activity Statements (BAS).
- Generate and prepare financial reports as required.
- Handle payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with various accounting tasks as directed by the Practice Manager and Principals.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing and supporting reception staff as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in MYOB and preferably Xero accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanour.
