**About Us** Avan is a leading dealership specializing in Caravans and Motorhomes, located in St. Mary's. We pride ourselves for our excellent staff culture, with an inclusive and friendly team environment. We offer flexible work arrangements to maintain work/life balance, starting with 3 days a week and the potential to increase to 5 days. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prominent company in the Caravan Retail industry. _Note: Initially, this position requires on-site presence, with the possibility of remote work options after gaining sufficient experience and familiarity with the role._ **About the Role** We are looking for a skilled individual with extensive knowledge and experience in Xero, as it is essential for all our day-to-day operations. Experience in a motor vehicle dealership or familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), such as EasyCars, is highly preferred but not strictly necessary. **Key Responsibilities** · Conducting weekly payroll processing. · Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. · Bank reconciliations and managing bank feeds. · Handling inventory reconciliations. · Collaborating with external accountants for the preparation of monthly BAS statements. · Monitoring stock sales and purchases using EasyCars. **Ideal Candidate** The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management within a retail or dealership environment, excellent analytical skills, and strong proficiency in Xero.
