Located in Norwest is an excellent opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join a great team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Manager and Partners your key responsibilities will include:
- Process and manage accounts receivable and payable
- Payroll management and STP reporting
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Monthly Management Accounts & Cash Flows
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS & IAS
- Reconcile GST, PAYG accounts in Balance Sheet
- Process purchase and sale of assets
- Process HP payments and interest components
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualifications with experience working within a similar accounting environment. You are comfortable working across a wide range of clients and professions and enjoy the variety
- Knowledge of MYOB, XERO and other accounting software
- The ability to multitask and take on a proactive approach to the work
- A good sense of humour. This is a great team who work hard on maintaining their current culture. You love getting involved in team building days and like to have a laugh throughout the day
